1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services

Hello Sunday Printing provides custom signage, printed products, and related services.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Colors may vary slightly from screen to print 
• Final products are based on approved designs 
• Customer is responsible for reviewing proofs carefully

Proof Approval

Customer is responsible for reviewing the proof for any errors, including typos, layout issues, and color discrepancies.  In the event of corrections customer is responsible for reviewing the proof before production begins.  
 

3. Orders and Payment

• Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed 
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse any order
  

4. Production and Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

• Design revisions 
• Approval delays
• Shipping carrier exceptions
• Supply chain issues

In the event of a delay, you will be notified within 24 hours.
 

5. Refunds and Returns

Because products are custom-made:

• All sales are final
• No refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part
   

If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and website content are property of Hello Sunday Printing unless otherwise agreed.

Customers confirm they have rights to use any logos or artwork submitted.

When placing an order on behalf of a church or organization, please provide written permission from your pastor or leadership to print.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hello, Sunday Printing, is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Lost profits
• Shipping delays or damage caused by carriers, please purchase extra insurance to cover these liabilities.
   

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
• Copy content without permission
• Represent work of Hello Sunday Printing as your own
   

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

11. Color variation disclaimer

• Screen vs. Print: Colors on screens are backlit (RGB), while printed products use ink (CMYK), causing inevitable discrepancies.
• Material & Substance: Different paper types, fabric blends, or apparel brands can affect how ink is absorbed and how colors appear.
• Production Variation: Slight color shifts can occur between different production runs or batches of materials.
• Recommendation: To ensure accuracy, it is highly recommended to order a physical sample, especially for critical, high-volume, or color-sensitive projects.
• Batch variations: Due to differences in monitor settings and printing, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We do not guarantee a 100% color match to your monitor or previous orders.

12.  Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hello Sunday Printing, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our website or services
   
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
   
• Any artwork, logos, text, images, or other content you submit for printing
   
• Your violation of any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any third party
   
• Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by you
   

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and permission to use, reproduce, and distribute any content you submit to Hello Sunday Printing for production.

Hello Sunday Printing shall not be responsible for verifying ownership or permissions for submitted content.

You agree to fully cooperate in the defense of any claim and acknowledge that Hello Sunday Printing reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense.

 This indemnification obligation will survive the completion of services and termination of this agreement. 

13.Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time.
